⭐️Please arrive five minutes before scheduled appointment.
⭐️Please arrive mascara-free.
⭐️We have a 24 hour booking policy.
⭐️We have a 12 hour cancellation policy.
⭐️Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare and your safety and care are of my utmost concern. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation. If you are concerned, we recommend a patch test several days before your appointment. Please call to schedule.
Late Arrivals
⭐️Clients who arrive up to 1 minutes after set appointment time will be charged a $10 late fee.
⭐️Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late after the set appointment time may be declined service and/ or rescheduled.
⭐️Please be mindful appointments are set based on the service being rendered. If you are running late it will intern make the lash artist late. We are detailed and will provide each client a one on one relaxing experience.
Cancellation Policy
⭐️If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment please contact your lash tech ASAP. Appointments cancelled 12 hours prior to service will not be penalized.
⭐️NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED.
DEPOSITS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE
